Twiggy *LOOKING FOR A FOSTER or FOREVER HOME* the Dog needs a home


Twiggy is very sweet and loving to her people, enjoys walks and being outdoors, and likes car rides. She is working on crate training in her foster home as is getting better. Twiggy was previously owned by a family up north that unfortunately did not keep her on heartworm preventative and she tested positively. Luckily CCRC had room in the group for a special girl like her. She has been recently treated and is now looking for her forever home. Twiggy is dog selective and would really prefer to be the only dog, but has been okay with cats. Twiggy is spayed, up to date on shots- including rabies, on heartworm and flea preventative now and also microchipped! She also comes with a free vet visit. If you think you think you might be a good match for Twiggy, please fill out an application to come and meet her. You guys could be best friends in no time!!

Puppies will not be available to be seen until their 10 day quarantine has passed. Our adoption fee is $200 for adults and $275 for puppies, which covers the cost of the spay/neuter, age appropriate shots and tests, medications to bring the dog to full health, and a free visit with one of our approved vets after adoption. The majority of dogs at CCRC are obtained from animal control centers, so there is often very little known about their history or even current habits. You can always expect to do some training, regardless of whether you adopt a dog or a puppy, including crate training, house training, and basic manners. CCRC provides a variety of materials and resources to assist you with this, as well as telephone support.
